Government visa fees, biometrics and any embassy service charges are paid separately and shown on your quote. We never mark them up.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one honestly can. Only the embassy or immigration authority decides. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and as strong as your situation allows, and tell you upfront if we think the risk is high.
Are you part of the government or an embassy?
No. Go Travel Visas is a private company that prepares and submits applications on your behalf. You can always apply directly yourself. You're paying us for expertise, time and peace of mind.
How long does the whole process take?
Preparing your application usually takes 3 to 7 days once you've sent your documents. After that it depends on the country. You can see typical decision times on each destination above.
What happens if my application is refused?
On full service and priority, we review the refusal letter with you and reapply for free if it makes sense. We only charge the new government fee.
How do you keep my passport and documents safe?
Uploads are encrypted, only your case manager can open them, and we delete everything 90 days after your decision unless you ask us to keep it.
